Here is the history as remembered and told by My Mom Janet Durica of Dick Durica's racing career.

Dick Started Drag racing at the Harmony speedway, but decided to go one night to the circle track races held there the next night and liked what he saw. Shortly after he built his own racecar that they would flat tow behind their 64 ford from Morristown to Harmony. (According to legend, someone would have to ride in the car to help brake on some of the downhill sections) Dick drove at Harmony and Flemington those first couple of years. He had a few different cars; sometime we will get some pictures from my Mom. Meanwhile, enjoy the pictures we have of some of the different times in the racing career of my Dad, Dick Durica
